Spiral Package- 8 weeks
This 8 week journey deep dives into our unprocessed emotions and unconscious conditioning since childhood . We aim to pinpoint & become aware of the deep rooted emotional trauma stored within the system that may be holding you back from living the life you truly desire.
Combining techniques and valuable teachings from kinesiology, spiral dynamics & the chakra system we tap into the subconscious field & locate limiting beliefs & past baggage.
The Spiral package consists of 8 sessions & an initial call to connect & set your intention for the next 8 weeks/2 months.
Each week we will go through one of the 7 main chakra systems acknowledging the held emotions within that level. At the end of each session I will provide you with personalised activities/ homework to aid in the body, mind, spirit integration.
Sessions generally run for 1.5hrs depending on each individual & your personal needs.
In these 1:1 sessions, I aim to create a safe, open, comfortable & completely confidential environment, providing the space & opportunity for you to get the most out of each session.

Welcome to Energy & Soul.
It is my belief we are all here to be our unique selves, shine our individual light & live our most beautiful life.
Since becoming a Spiral practitioner in 2019, I have been able to help others connect to their true vibrant soul & witness the life changing effects this energy work has to offer.
In our sessions I use the art of muscle testing to tune into your body and energetic system catering the session to your own personal needs. We find & release any stored emotions & pinpoint internal patterning and programmings that may be stopping you from living your best life.
Through my own transformational work of deep healings & training in The Spiral, emotional clearing, yoga & KaHuna massage, I have truly gained a greater understanding of who I am & release past emotional baggage, childhood trauma & deep rooted fear with love and understanding.
I am so grateful to be able to provide that for my clients in a supported, safe and judgement free environment.
